Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
comprehensive and solid knowledge of the requirements for heat exchanger sales and servicing
Some Mechanical and Thermal Design background preferred.
Experience in a company with the ASME R and U Stamp certification
Establish and meet sales goals, create a thorough sales plan, and make projections to find a consistent flow of prospects via the pipeline.
Make sure the group gives technical presentations that are captivating and increase sales.
The team will receive product, service, competitor, and prospect education from the Sales Manager using their extensive technical knowledge. Oversee contract negotiations and cultivate important client connections.
Very strong technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers.
strong background in the Middle East and, specifically at ADNOC, in the energy sector.
Proficiency in Heat Exchanger Servicing is vital.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Arabic is advantageous; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
The capacity to inspire both oneself and a group of people 
Work Experience/ Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
More than ten years of experience managing heat exchanger sales professionally
ten years of onshore and offshore project management experience in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
ten years of experience with heat exchanger maintenance projects
Experience in manufacturing projects
the capacity to thrive with little direction, take initiative, and deal with ambiguity.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Conflict resolution
Proficiency in estimating heat exchanger repair and maintenance tasks, including hydro jetting, chemical circulation, retubing, cleaning, and repairs.
To facilitate site visits and technical onsite meetings, the following are additional desired requirements.
Knowledge in ASME codes and standards
Skills:
Technical Skills 
Thorough and sound technical understanding of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels in the Oil, Gas, Power and Petrochemical industry is a must, including the design, construction and engineering aspects.
Thorough and sound understanding of:
Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers as per API 660, TEMA, ASME U & U2, R.
ASME U and U2 standards apply to pressure vessels, reactors, scrubbers, filter vessels, and columns.
Air-cooled fin fan exchangers in accordance with ASME/API 661.
Pig Launchers/ Receivers as per ASME, ASME B31.4., ASME B31.8.
Piping works.
Skid mounted equipment.
Steel fabrication including HR steel Structural
Shop Storage tanks.
Turnaround and Shutdown project work in Abu Dhabi.
